z444 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing z444, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you have read and understood z444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use z444. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. z444 will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms by email or in-platform notification where practicable.

These Terms apply to all z444 services including but not limited to: casino games (slots, table games, live dealer), sports betting, poker, Aviator, Ludo, and any future services added to the z444 platform.

To register and use z444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a z444 employee or contractor.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

z444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, utility bill, etc.) at registration or at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

Once registered, you are solely responsible for your z444 account. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. z444 will never ask you for your password via email or chat.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your account. Any bets placed or deposits made through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised them.
• Notifying z444 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Contact support via live chat or email at support@z444.wine.
• Keeping your registered contact details (email, phone number) up to date. Outdated contact information can delay identity verification and withdrawal processing.
• Using your account only for personal, non-commercial gambling activity. Operating a z444 account on behalf of another person, or using the platform to process payments for third parties, is strictly prohibited.

z444 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has been negligent in protecting their credentials. z444 will investigate reported unauthorised access claims and may suspend the account during investigation as a protective measure.

All financial transactions on z444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z444 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are supported:

Deposits: Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your z444 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. z444 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers (IBFT) are processed within the same business day. VIP Club members at Platinum and Diamond tiers receive priority processing.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. z444 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time requirement for standard accounts.
• z444 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of its AML obligations.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. These requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

z444 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP cashback. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers on z444:

• All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion. Players should read these terms before accepting any bonus.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable. z444 states wagering requirements clearly and does not apply hidden multipliers.
• Bonuses are generally available only once per player per promotion, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or different payment methods will result in account suspension.

The z444 VIP Club is a loyalty programme with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered players are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier upon making their first deposit. The following conditions apply:

• VIP tier is determined by VIP Points accumulated over a rolling 90-day period. Points are awarded based on wagering activity across all game categories.
• If a player's 90-day point balance falls below the threshold for their current tier, z444 will review their tier status and notify them at least 7 days in advance of any downgrade.
• Weekly cashback is calculated every Monday based on the previous week's net gaming losses (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 PKT). It is credited to the wallet by Monday evening.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
• z444 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, point earning rates or benefit structures with reasonable notice to members. Changes will be communicated via email and in-platform notification.
• Abuse of the VIP Club programme – including any attempt to accumulate points via irregular wagering patterns designed to exploit cashback rather than engage in genuine gaming – constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in VIP status revocation and account suspension.

All casino games, sports betting markets and poker games on z444 operate according to their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game and section of the platform. The following general conditions apply:

• All slot and table game outcomes on z444 are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified. z444 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Live dealer games are operated by independent third-party studios. z444 is not responsible for technical issues originating within the live dealer studio feed, though z444 will work with the studio to resolve any disputes fairly.
• Sports betting odds are set by z444 at its own discretion and may be updated at any time before an event is settled. Bets placed at the displayed odds at the time of placing are honoured except in cases of manifest error.
• A manifest error is an obviously incorrect price or outcome, such as odds of 1000/1 on a near-certain event. z444 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifest error odds and will notify affected players.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game or bet outcome, the decision of z444 management is final after investigation. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to z444 support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household or device.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing z444 on behalf of a third party or processing their deposits, bets or withdrawals through your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market or promotion.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any game to manipulate outcomes in a way that is unfair to other participants.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or incorrectly displayed odds in a way that is clearly outside the spirit of normal play.
• Using the z444 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. z444 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of financial crimes.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing z444 staff or other players.

z444 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should always be a form of entertainment and never a source of financial harm or personal distress. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

• z444 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the player's end, or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.
• z444 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by the player. Betting involves financial risk and players accept this risk when placing any wager.
• z444's maximum liability to any player for any proven service failure is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the relevant transaction.
